Create a Prometheus exporter to expose:

  • Number of notes
  • Total size of notes
  • Average size of notes
  • Version (if ShowVersion is enabled)
  • Time since the server is started
  • Number of processed requests per HTTP code and method (not route to avoid password leak)

Add a setting to enable or disable the exporter (enabled by default).
